Well done all on potting
I have to brave Storm Abigail today -and she's really giving it some- to go to the post office to send off eBay things. Normally I'd pay by card (as I do with everything. Cash-free life) but I'll get out £20 and pot the change.Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

Excellent work, SandeC...and you're off ! Aha...another £2 too! :T Just brilliant! It's soooo good to have new members chat about their pottings along with the rest of us, it shows you've settled in, are part of the family - AND - want to save! :j Good luck with whatever it is you create.

Sue - Just about ready for the weekend. Thanks for asking. Doing food shopping and housework. Seeing a play - Vicar of Dibley, at a local theatre Saturday afternoon. Church on Sunday morning. Looking for road change whilst out and about.
Hope you have a nice weekend.

It was really windy and rainy and all-together nasty  BUT eBay things posted and £2.26 potted!
I hate going to the PO. It's a 10min walk in the opposite direction to everything else, so I can't combine it with other errands and have to make a special effort to go there.
Actually got out £30. Posting came to £20.71, got a big roll of address labels for £1.99 to price stuff up for a (hopeful) future boot sale - I have no car so I have to walk myself and my stuff 2 miles over there- and then got myself a steak bake and a bun from Gregg's on the way home to make up for going to the dreaded PO in a storm :rotfl:
There's still £2 in my purse but I'm leaving it there to grab some energy drinks on the way to uni lectures next week. Can't afford to pot £5 all at onceAqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100
