  • I've been a bit tardy in updating my progress on the pot challenge recently meaning I've totally forgotten what I've put in....oops.

I did put in 28p yesterday though and I think another 30p earlier in the week.

At least it will be more of a (pleasant) surprise come November.

Ooh Jakes-mum You did well just to report them, I would have wanted to rip their teeth out  Your poor DD must have been very intimidated. Some families are just trouble....

Glad you enjoyed your hen do Sue-UU, sounds like it was great fun :j

I'm feeling much better this week. We had a busy weekend visiting our DS at university and celebrating his 21st  It's lovely to see them growing up and standing on their own two feet but it does make you feel a little sad that you're no longer needed :( When they are little, you can't wait for them to grow up and when they are grown, you wish they were still little

In potting news, I have £4.84 to put in my pot tonight :T

  • More change potted. My sealed tin money box from the pound shop is half full. No idea how much is in there but am very excited and motivated to fill it!
Hope the week has started well for everyone x

  • Hi, happy to say I've potted £7.32 today. This was left in my purse when I withdrew my pocket money for March. I've only been adding coppers in the last couple of weeks as I was keeping all money for a quilting exhibition I was going to. Well I'm now going to a craft exhibition in Glasgow on Friday so I'm pleased I potted the money today instead of spending it on wool 😀.

  • Got given a huge amount of spare change as a surprise present yesterday, needless to say I was way too excited feeding it all to my pot.

    Evening all

Well - as I said I would - I've counted up my SP ready to bank the morrow. I've left £3 odds in there and I've £230 to take to the bank :j

In February's 'make £10 a day' challenge I managed to make £621.26. So I will put £250 in my regular saving account and the rest - 371.26 - will be transferred into the bank account for my SP monies :j

I've updated my siggie for SPC to include these monies :D

Hope you all have a marvellous start to March

    Whao Lynnelk, that's amazing potting!

I potted a whole €2 yesterday, pretty pleased with that! I'm actually off for two weeks back to Ireland (yayayayayay!) so I won't be potting but I'll keep an eye on the thread! :D

Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
