Happy New Year everyone.
Nothing potted today, but drew months money out and that was all I've done, no shopping or anything so no change.
Started clearing a few drawers but still didn't find any money, I think I've been in them before, ha ha!!

Filled up with petrol today, almost on empty. Planned to spend exactly £40 (had 2 £20 notes), I'm a bit OCD like that, I spend ages at the pump squeezing the last little drops in to make it a nice round amount:o. Petrol must have decreased in price a heck of a lot because it only came to £37.10 and I couldn't get another drop in:eek:. So £2.90's worth of change has gone straight into the pot:j
Also, found a £1 coin under the trollies at Morrisons this morning (I wasn't grovelling on my hands and knees just in case someone had dropped any, honest;)) so that's been potted too:j0 -

Oh,why not,carbootcrazy??:rotfl:
A couple of years ago, when I started very serious roadkill-searching,I used to get on my hands and knees in shops, pretending I was picking up something I had dropped out of my purse.
These days, because they have been so well trained,my 9- and 6-year olds lie on their tummies on shop floors, loking under display shelves, check out tills etc.Sometimes it gets so,even I have to tell them to get up off the floor :rotfl:.

Aww,thank you everyone for your lovely support on New Years Eve.I am feeling a bit better today.Everything is so higgledy-piggledy at the moment.Inlaws have been brilliant, kids have been good as gold,I am very lucky, really.I just don't like the chaotic state of the house at the moment-even though it has been like it since September!Just really getting to me at the moment.
Hopefully (when I drag myself away from MSE),I will finish clearing out the kitchen this afternoon, then tomorrow I will start making sure kids are organised for school (full uniform and school bags in the right house, for example ),on Monday our daily routine will start getting back to normal, with work/school etc
Potting-wise (Sue-UU will be pleased),I have cleared all the coins out of my purse.New year, new broom 'n all that!
So,have just potted £1 x 9,50p x 3,and £1.17 in smaller coins.Total £11.67.Very pleased with this.
Happy New year, everyone. It is going to be a great year for us all!! :j:jSPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76
