Well since they've done a lot of work for easyJet over the last 20 years I'm sure they'd be more than happy to have a celebratory sing song.

Well, in that case. . . TBH I've never seen or heard of Titan before, so I shouldn't be so presumptuous..!

It was a regular Easyjet plane. Saw a few Metrojets waiting as well. Squeaky bum time for those Russians about to board.

Apparently there were already 20,000 British suitcases piled up in the airport by Monday night, awaiting transport to UK by Egypt Air. The Russians are using Egyptian IL-76 military transport planes. All other nationalities are taking their luggage with them as normal.

Yep- I saw a twin engine IL-76 on the runway. I also saw the huge amounts of British luggage parked and strapped down on carriages around the side of terminal two- hope it doesn't rain again!

Glad to hear you are home safe and sound Worried Jim, even if your holiday clothes are still on holiday! Also the way you took the delay deserves a mention, just got on with it and enjoyed what you could :T. I'm sure yo would prefer to arrive home safely, than end up like those poor people on the plane with the bomb.
