Already been here for two weeks, due to fly home to the UK on Saturday. Hot and sunny for every day but one, the villa and pool are brilliant, everything is so cheap and the locals so friendly. The sea is clear and the diving has been amazing.

Sounds great doesn't it? Only problem is, I am in Sharm El Sheikh.

Lovely attitude. Enjoy your holiday. It could even be an extended holiday. No point worrying, you will get home at some point.

Just reading another thread on here where someone is moaning about the engineer taking a week to get to their washing machine for repair and they can't wash their sheets, makes you realise, there are moaners and there are those that have valid reason.

Wishing you and your family an enjoyable holiday and a safe, timely return back to Blighty.

Indeed, that's the best attitude to take. No point in moaning about it, just make the best of the situation and enjoy your "extended" holiday as much as possible. If I was over there with my family at the moment then I'd rather that the security procedures were checked than rushing home.

At least you'll have a good story to your "what happened on holiday" collection.

Oh bless, well enjoy while you're there and safe travels to you and your family. I'm sure it'll be ok, security and top precautions are being made xx

Personally I'd much rather have a few extra days holiday somewhere hot and tropical than not be able to use my washing machine for a week...
