This is a very quick response ... looks like threatening them with Trading Standards works ... didn't explain why goods were not sent .. just waiting now to see if refunded monies appear on statement .... have received a reciept stating monies are refunded .... but hey we can all type them up ..lol

Well i ordered a leg magic machine on the 11th September it has now been 28 days and still no reply from emails or anything AGHHH they make me so angry, just read some post and rang up Barry he was helpfull.
But then i came across a number where someone said they dont answer but strangley they answered :shocked: the man said hello TV DEALS and said there had been a delay with the keg magic machine and they should arrive within the next 10 days blah blah blah i no its a load of S**T AGHHH :mad:
Anyone else aordered the leg magic? Another thing that shocked me aswell was he said to me that they had send out an email to all the leg magic orderes about 3 days ago about this problem so i said well i have not recieved any and said do you want me to give you my order number
and he said no no no its ok it will deffinatley be sent to you too i was like woooo your compnay are fab NOT:rolleyes:

I'm sadly in the same possition as you the payment was made by my debit card & taken on 4th August. I contacted the bank who said as i'd given them my card details there was nothing they could do about it. I've written to the company & sent 3 e-mails to 3 different addresses someone posted on the forum but still have not heard a thing from them. To make it worse i don't have an order ref no as i don't ever recall receiving one.0 -
Hi all! Good news i just checked my bank account & have been refunded the £24.99 for the non existent paint runner, YAY! Many thanks to guymartis posting with the e-mail addresses. My bank were of no use as i paid by debit card but after sending e-mails to the 3 addresses guymarti posted i've had a result :T Please try it you've nothing to lose. I never had any correspondence with them through all this by the way but all that matters is the money is there & i didn't even have my purchase ref no as they never gave me one.0

Hi people, I was recently sucked in by KANN Trading Ltd as well and paid them £24.99 for a leg magic. After 6 weeks of nothing I emailed them twice, and still nothing. I then found this site and decided to demand a refund. I gave them 7 days to return the money to my account, otherwise I would take legal action. Still didn't hear anything from them, so on Tuesday I sent them a very nasty email threatening them with legal action, trading standards and the police. By the end of the day I received an email stating that my money would be refunded and I am happy to say the money is now back in my bank account. Seems the threat of the police did the trick. I didn't give up, and was certainly not going to let them get away with stealing from me and probably hundreds of other people.0

I had exactly the same problem with TV Deals Tv.
Unfortunately, when I searched for reviews on them, I couldn't find anything about them, and only found this website when I searched for K.A.N.N. Trading.
I purchased a Malibu Pilates Chair on 11/9/08, received an e-mail confirmation, then nothing. I e-mailed them 4 times from the website itself, then sent e-mails direct to Paypoint.net and Sales @TV Deals.
I contacted my credit card company this morning for advice but also e-mailed from the website again to tell them that I was contacting the credit card company - you never know 7th time lucky!!
I have just received an e-mail from them stating that they have refunded my card and this should show in a few days. We'll see.
I really wished I had seen this website before ordering. Although, I had ordered before from them and received the goods within 48 hours0 -

I also ordered 2 malibu pilates chairs from the TV Deals website. One for myself and one for my sister.
They arrived promptly but my sister did not want hers. So I decided to e-mail them to return one. They have stated that I should return to the address given on the website after which I will receive a refund within 28 days.
I am wary as to whether I'll get my money back after returning the good, especially after reading all the posts on this website!0 -
:mad: Same problem, glad I only paid £9.99 - don't hold out much hope of goods or a refund, lets see what the creditcard co. can do.
An update on Wimbledon Safestore:
Got the email below from them today, and very grateful they replied as it's so easy to ignore emails. Obviously a standard letter that they send out to all disgruntled customers of TVdeals, but at least they did reply. Looks like Safestore have had their eyes opened and given them the heave-ho!:rotfl:
