Anyone bought from these?
They have charged my card, but not sent the goods. They do not reply to emails, and have no phone number on the website. They also now do not have a website (but trade on ebay!)
What do I do...

Do a chargeback, I suppose.

Hi, after a quick search on google. It looks like tvdeals.tv aka K.A.N.N. trading is a drop shipper using https://www.alibaba.com hence why he seems to bad at communication. All his stuff seems to come from China and I have no idea on the legality of it. I am waiting on a ladder, but hope it is safe if and when it does arrive.

I have ordered Tobi steamer & H20 Mop, 21/6/08. nothing yet and no reply to email on the contact us section. What a wazzuk. Mother always said if it sounds too good to be true, It usually is.

Hi Guys I also got caught. Spoke to Trading Standards they were quite helpful. Also spoke to Credit Card company and they say they will recover my money. so it is worth a try. Also phoned the number that someone came up with and it is now a fax machine

I ordered a kettlebell at the beginning of June. Delivery was supposed to be within 28days. I canceled beginning of July and I have since had a refund.

I wont be buying from them again though

What can I say. I wish I had read this before I invested not in 1 but 2 off them. Mine works fine, but my sisters (bought as a pressie) has stopped working. Nothing on website re faulty goods after use. Ok give details of faulty goods on receipt. Thanks for the phone numbers on these messages. :TContacted Safestore and spoke to Barry the storage manager of the wimbledon site. He was happy for me to send a message to him so he could forward to the onwer. I originally sent an email on 20.7.08, no reply. Then sent message today via theor website and also forwarded message onto Barry. I added in this message that if I did not get a reply by 1st August 2008 I would be contacting trading standards to inform them of not dealing with faulty goods after use.

Any other suggestions on this one?

I have bought an item from them on 17/07/2008 and still havent received confirmation of the order etc. I have used your info on here and also contacted the trading standards, (who say they are not in breach yet!)

I have also contacted my bank and they have said that after 30 days they can recover the money and if not they will refund it back to me anyway. I have emailed the supplier 5 times and had no reply, the phone number doesnt accept incoming calls, should i send an email to canx???

please can you all give me the info on them as need to contact via email with read receipt as the trading standards said tht it needs to be done, and also write to them with recorded delivery.

please help.. i am £200 out of pocket!

Hi all
I have just rang 02088793659 and spoke to someone! he assured me tht there had been a delay on the container for my item (dont know if i believed him) I tried to ask more questions and he was very evasive, he didnt take my order number but said it should be despatched mon/tues (yeah right!).

If anyone gets his name email etc.. please can you let me know... I dont know what to do next, any ideas!

The address is just a storage unit and the phone number given for kann trading is a phone/fax number. I cannot recommend anyone to use this company as they are simply not able to be contacted.
Not Happy as they owe me a bike!
