  • I ordered a Paint Runner from the TV Deals website but after 28 days had not received it. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive one within 10-14 days. I then saw this forum re K.A.N.N Trading and decided to email them advising that I required a full prompt refund or I would be referring the matter to Trading Standards. I received a full refund a few days later! It may be worth a try.

    Some good news for me :T after seeking advice from my credit card provider. As I logged in there was confirmation that I have been refunded £39.99 for my shaitsu massager, which was faulty.

    They did not refund when they said they would do (10 days from 25.7.08) :mad: and it was from my most recent statement and a phone call to my credit card provider that has resolved this situation. They suggested I gave him one more chance just in case there was a blip in the system. I wrote a very stern email and that did the trick. I am happy to post a copy of the email content if anyone wants me to.

    It seems Kann trading is not a good organisation and has very poor customer service.:eek: I wonder if money saving expert Martin Lewis could do something about getting this organisation blacklisted? :money:

    I am happy now:j , but what a lot of effort from me! I will only celebrate :beer: when the money is in my account. Best of luck to everyone else.

  • I also bought (or so I thought) a paint runner from KANN Trading. I did receive an e mail confirming this but, unfortunately, my computer broke down and I lost all my e mails. Looks like it was just a sham anyway. I would be interested if you could give me their e mail address in case I could contact them. Thanks. Jean

  • I wish I had read these posts before paying money to tvdeals.tv / Kann trading.

    I paid £24.99 for a 'paint runner' 7 weeks ago, the only contact from them was an email sying they can't obtain stock so will give refund within 10 days, that was a month ago. I have sent several Emails via their website no replies. The address on their website 67 Gap Road London SW19 is Safestore a self storage facility, obviously somewhere to receive faulty goods so they can send them to some other unsuspecting punter. I have cancelled my credit card as I don't want these crooks having my details, and am going to contact trading standards.
  • Same deal, ordered a kettle bell, but waited around two months with nothing. They don't return emails very quick but I did get a refund when I threatened to go to small claims court. Bad company, stay away

  • :confused: I brought a H20 steam cleaning off TV deals last week. They money has come out twice and I've been emailing them all week last week and today, but no one has called me back, or even replied. Has anyone got a number for Kann Trading in Woking??? I've had 49.99 taken out twice and I'm really worried I'm not going to get the product, or a refund. I wish I'd read this forum before too. Can anyone help?
  • I have ordered goods off TV deals website at begin Sept .. no goods arrived as yet ... no answer to emails ... have today discovered this fantastic website and have taken up advice of to email to the contact addresses you have all kindly supplied. I've asked for confirmed delivery date or money back (with confirmation receipt that refund has been processed). Will keep you posted to what happens. I have also reported KANN Trading to my local trading standards office!
