See Santa @ Harrods

hi we went to see santa at harrods yesterday. what a great time we all had, the santa was fantastic and we didnt have to queue for long. the boys got sticker books and then we all (me and hubby included received harrods christmas badges). The photograph is so nice and the presentation sleeve it is in is great,a super sovenir from harrods. it was £9.95 but is a good size and we all are in it, if i had taken the kids to see santa at the shopping centre it would have cost more than that for a cheap plastic toy!!!!

great find and well worth the visit.

Hi I have 3 tickets available for the 15th December at 2.30pm. I booked for 2 adults and one child although there is nothing on the tickets to indicate this, just 3 tickets. It is with great regret that I am now unable to go, so if anybody would like them along with the confirmation email, PM me and I will post first class.

I have not had my tickets yet and we were due to see Santa on dec 14th! Hotel was booked in September when I booked the Harrods tickets. Non refundable hotel payment too so looks like its all wasted... I have a confirmation email, is there a phone number to ring? The grotto weblink is now inactive.

Towards then end they stopped sending out tickets. Just take your confirmation email to the ticket desk and you'll be fine. Ring them if you want it confirmed by Harrods

Me, my husband and children have tickets for Harrods on the 21st and we were really looking forward to it. My sis has now decide to come and stay in London with us and wishes to take my neice too, I can't be evil so have given her my ticket. Trouble is that both my husband and I really wanted to see my 2 year olds face when she sees father christmas for the first time. If anyone happens to find themselves in possesion of tickets for after 5pm on the 21st Decemeber that they are unable to use could you PLEASE PM me, I am willing to pay a reasonable sum if need be. Thanks

Or for the 22nd before 3pm as we are staying overnight, Thanks

just a thought, but if you go to customer services with a copy of your email confirmation, at least 1/2hr before your allotted time, and say you didnt receive your tickets, they should then give you some more tickets, meaning you will now have enough to get you all through.

We have just got back from seeing Santa, I must say he was lovely. DD had a great chat with him & he did not rush us through. As previously said no pressure with the photo's. We went for 4 photo's 4x6 (or there abouts) for £12 as one will fit i our photo album, the girls can each have one in their rooms & we will give my parents one. If we went for the bigger one it would not fit in the album!
