Finally got tickets - seeing Santa on Wednesday, 19th . Maybe they are delaying them so you can't resell on Ebay?0

I never got my tickets delivered, which is a shame as my 2 and half year old really wanted to see father christmas.
Anyone know if there is a number to call?0 -
Thanks to the OP for this. We had a fantastic time and I now believe in Santa myself! The kids were thrilled and I thought the whole thing was fab and understated.
FYI they aren't very strict on the entry time if there's not much of a queue. We went through 30 mins early as we just got there early. Also my SIL forgot to bring her tickets and was able to just give her name at the front of the queue and she was allowed in.0 -

Wat a great day we had yesterday. Myself, husband and little girl whos nearly two went down to London to see Santa at Harrods. She loved it. It was lovely, she was more interested in the badge santa gave us all than te gift. We bought the photograph and spent a fortune in the cafe, but hey it was great. Thanks guys for posting this.0

Same here - Santa was lovely and had nice lunch and browse round toy shop. Thinking of trying Selfridges next year and recommendations? Only complaint was that the waiting wasn't very Christmasy. More like waiting for a ride at Disney in a castle.... Boys didn't mind sleeping beauty books.0
