i contacted Harrods as mine hadnt arrived either. they just said they arent sent out in any particular order, and that i shouldnt worry. and only contact them again, is they havent arrived by my visit date

i booked mine and got an email same day comfirming booking with a number . then about two weeks later got tickets. so quick.

Thank you very much for this - I've now got tickets for Christmas Eve for me and the two littlies. I'm so so pleased about this - particularly as Mr FF is working all Christmas again this year.

last week when i checked the harrods website for santa you could book for the end of october now you cant i really wanted to go on the 23rd october:rolleyes:

I got my tickets a good few weeks ago so thank you op, but i only got 1 when i asked for 4, anyway anyone got a number for them as i lost the bit of paper

All weekends in December now fully booked. Print out recepit as it says that if your tickets have not arrived take that to the ticket desk and you can collect them!!

Just phoned as weblink taking ages waited 15 mins and it was still not connecting. managed to get last few tickets for 1.30 Christmas eve.

Me and my sister are taking my brothers 2 youngest on 10th November, they don't know anything about it as we are keeping it as a surprise, they will think they are going to the local department store to see him like we do every year, but they are not doing one this year.

They have never been to London before, so we thought we would make a day out for them, and they love going on trains, can't wait to see their faces when they realise they are going on a train to London and to see Father Christmas!!

Don't know who is more excited, me or my sis :rotfl:
