Haven't got my tickets yet either & we've booked for November 23rd. It did say they could be 10 days before so I am not worried.

Wat date are you going hun ? Were going 23rd & 24th Nov. Whoever goes first can report on here what the hotel is like .
We havn't had our tickets yet either, i didnt think they were coming till just before christmas.

Does anyone know what the confirmation email looks like cos I got one email from Harrods but I dont think its the confirmation one ??

Me neither. I booked for 21st Dec and haven't received anything yet. Am worrying now as it is a birthday treat.

I got this email straight after booking my tickets, so maybe you should check with there customer services to see if they received your order

Your booking has been registered online.
Tickets will be posted to you 14 days prior to your visit. If your visit is within this time frame tickets can be collected from the 4th floor Ticket Bureau at least 30 minutes before your allotted time slot.
You will need to bring with you the confirmation email sent at the time of booking as this shows your unique reference number.
Once you have your tickets you may proceed directly to the Grotto entrance.

Hey guys,

This isn't working for me ... it's saying I need to have the latest flashdrive installed (bear with me I'm not technical) from Adobe but when I try and install it, Internet Explorer blocks it saying it's a dodgy installation and don't try and work round it ....

Anyone got a direct link into the ticket section??
