    have just booked for Dd13, OH and me - sure they will be thrilled - but I want to go shopping in Harrods when we are in London and they won't dare to say NO if they know I've made an effort to get tickets for santa too

    How comes this is free then? I have booked some tickets, but was expecting it to take me through to a payment cart. Is this an error on their behalf?

    Haven't got mine yet, booked on the 2nd September. Am not worried, they did say 2 weeks before, plus I have the confirmation email.
