Thank you, more like desperate!
My debt must not go up no matter what. I'm already in my overdraft this month so there's no room for more.
That's true,starting off with a 'five in a row ' challenge is,phew, very commendable!
Good luck. :money:
I'll dash off now and add you to the 'in a row' challenge.0 -
Good morning all!
Finally,Friday is here.
Who's planning on making it an nsd? :money:0 -

Not sure about the NSD situation today, but should be able to collect a couple over the weekend.
Marmite, what happened at last night's sceance? I was all set to join you all after finishing painting my nails, but somehow the teensy weensy glass of Old Widow champers grew as if by magic to a bucketload, and I lost several hours somewhere..... I remember Chef was in Hubert's room crooning Abba songs to calm him down, and Mrs Doyle's friend was organising everyone round the table but that's all.......this morning everybody has a face like thunder, what went on? Igor seems to be hiding somewhere.....One life - your life - live it!0 -

BTW you can make any rule you want as far as the nsds go.
Now,would you like a nice cup of tea?
Thanks, I'd love that. So cold outside today, no going out except school drop-off/pick-up, that should help with my NSD goals. This weekend we're staying away from all shops, swimming class tomorrow, kids literature festival already paid for (£4 writing workshop), and a run in the park if the weather stays dry.current CC debt: £11,500 at 0%
paid debt since Nov 2015: £7500 -

Well,I'm embarrassed to say that I was too busy recounting my precious emergency valium stock to attend the seance, but rumours abound that Igor is in cahoots with......'bleep' :eek:0 -

Don't worry,Mrs Doyle keeps us well stocked with tea and the odd egg sarnie mountain.
Staying away from shops is such a simple way to tackle the spending bug,so well done. :money:
If you do have to venture out to the shops to buy something, take only the money you need and leave all cards at home.
You know, chasing nsds can become as 'addictive' as spending money.Really.0 -

Yes,the news is bad...it appears that Igor,Helga and family have a long association with arch villains Scroggins.....we're talking decades here.
Igor claims to know nothing of this, but I have my doubts.
And,if that's not enough,it seems that Igor has been siphoning off money from the Ennessdee Towers Loo Roll Fund for quite some while,as he has developed a serious chest wig obsession and is buying about one a week!!!!
Last week alone he had bids on an antique chest wig belonging to Victor Mature that,if acquired, could easy send us to the workhouse.
That would also explain why we are down to using torn up pages from Booger Off magazine....oh,the shame.
I managed to slip a few valium into Cheffie's pint of Aquavit this morning, which should keep him docile for awhile, but I think there's going to be fireworks later on.0 -
