Hello suzitiger and Butti, nice to see you again!

Today is NSD number 2 for me.

Now, the little pixie inside my Kindle has somehow changed my keyboard to Italian, the spacebar is labelled Spazio and the delete button is now Cancella! And don't get me started on the predictive text!

Off to have a fiddle around to see if I can put it right....

    Hi all,

I used to be a regular on here but haven't been on the forum for about a year. :(

I would like to join you all this month please.

As it's been a long time I would like to aim for 5 NSDs please and if I smash that, I'll go a bit more hardcore! :D

Hi suzitiger,of course we remember you!Welcome back to Ennessdee Towers! :money:
Has it really been a year?I hope that life is treating you well. :)

There have been a few new arrivals at The Towers. We have a new head chef (Swedish Chef) and our housekeeper,Mrs Doyle, knows a thing or two about making a nice cuppa. We've just been on the high seas onboard on pirate ship cruise for October. This month we're staying at home at The Towers.

Good luck with the month.I'm sure you'll do well. ;)
  • Declaring first NSD for me 1/14 :)

To be fair I will pop undies and a toothbrush in my bag, the rest is luxury items so he wont miss them!!

3/20NSDs today! Really struggled with the urge to jump into the car and go and get snacks as hubby is away tonight, I resisted, good for pounds and lbs!haha.

    Jodles :D

You are doing well jodles! :j:j

Someone unwisely mentioned that going commando saves the bother of all that pesky space taken up by undies when packing, prompting Igor to pipe up that he would happily go commando in solidarity for 'the cause'.
He was rather gobsmacked when my fellow nsders and I rounded on him and told him in no uncertain terms that if he ever went commando in The Towers, that we would confiscate his precious chest wig collection and that his signature lumpy pink custard with chocolate sprinkles would never feature on our menu again.
    That shut him up.
    Can you even imagine?!

So that's who the piece of jailbait is in the kitchen? Didn't know there was an Iti branch of the Doyle family! (Down, girls, the Nargle saw him first..)

That explains a lot - such as why Chef has been singing La Donna E Mobile all day. And why there is a spaghetti mountain in the Cauldron of Doom.
Igor - clear out that pasta and return the NSDs to their rightful place! Tell Chef to get his own pasta pot! Oh gawd, he's now singing Volare. I do hope jodies has got those pesky varminty voles packed away tightly, if they hear him singing they might think he's calling them in for supper!
