so ill! no idea why this happens.
Been sick all day. got the shakes. can't keep warm. barely moved all day.

Day two of the rabbits and the incontinence blankets seems successful.
Also the miraculous healing powers of Farley's rusks as they are the only thing I have eaten all day that hasn't made me feel worse.
I feel this is an odd thing to say now but I am saying it anyway. I feel like the depression is back. Sometimes I will hear things or see things and became so unhappy, it takes me completely by surprise, this sadness, this hole. It lasts maybe an 1 hour? and I will either sleep it away and decide not to think about it or lose myself in a box set.
I thought I was coping. I am not. I haven't done any work for two weeks and am so behind on my planning.
I just needed to put it out there. Acknowledge it. As sometimes I forget and think I am going bonkers but I have to remember these feelings.... they pass. And I feel better.

Sorry to hear that you feel not yourself Buffy, I think perhaps you need to take a time out and go and see your GP to see what they say? You have a lot of pressure on your head and being off your schedule and getting frustrated will have taken its toll.
