Just had a slight heart attack. Main card from bank account expire end Feb . Had to go into bank and give new address . A replacement card was sent out . That's been cancelled and new card due to my current address .
Feeling strange and ropey . In cafe to cheer myself up0 -
AC. Ok a nice coffee first And then a brisk walk in the sunshine to get those endorphins working to lift your mood.
Come on now, stop feeling sorry for yourself at every little set back.
Onwards and upwards.:D
Had a fab day yesterday, a great super healthy sea food salad lunch out, and some retail therapy. I picked up lots of nice bargains........
This morning I discovered I've won 2 x £25 on the premium bonds so my bargains are even more bargainous.......:money:
I've already had a quick walk to the shops this morning but it was freezing. However now the sun has come out I'm off again for a stroll round the park. Then back home to dance and a super healthy stir fry........
I will smash the step count today.......:j0 -
Make sure you don't dance with the stir fry0

Been out a few hours today. Needed that cafe in Poole .
Had a slight scare regarding the flat I intend to buy.
From a distance, I saw a big van parked outside the window.
Thankfully, it was the house next to mine. Didnt fancy my view being blocked by random vans. They can't park there anyway .
Phew:)
Everything is fine .0 -

Some of my best dancing is done in the kitchen.:D
Wooden spoon for my "microphone" and I'm away. I do a passingly good Tina Turner and my Kate Bush - Wuthering Heights of course - has my kids crying with laughter.
(DS1 does a great Bon Jovi. And DS2 does a hilarious pub singer a la Mortimer and Reeves)
I watched the Bucket List the other night. I was crying happy tears whilst laughing at Jack Nicholson. It's like watching my husband......they are so similar, looks, personality, humour, even down to both being grumpy cantankerous old s*ds at times.:rotfl:
AC. Have you checked out the music scene in Poole yet. Any good pubs. What about walking groups, meet up groups etc.
Come on ........Spring is about to get sprung, the daffs will be out before you know it.
Its time to come out of hibernation ........:D0 -

Yep , checked out a few music pubs . On the mailing list for a couple as well . When the spring arrives , I'll be out there .
The rest will happen when I'm ready
I imagine the cat is nowhere to be seen , when you are Kate bush0 -
Well done on checking out the pubs.......spring wont be long now, already the days are getting longer.
I think once you have moved into your "forever home" and have your own things around you again you'll soon feel settled and happy. It will be as if a huge weight has been lifted from your shoulders.
You have come such a long way in the last year.
Now.....you just need to get that body of yours beach ready........
Ps All the new clothes I bought yesterday are a size smaller, including the new swim Cossie........
I mean business. Lol.0 -

So, filled in the important details and they are on the way to solicitor .
Just as I was leaving the flat, I did my good deed for the day.
A debit card was on the floor as I was leaving . I found out who owned it.
It was the neighbour upstairs .His wife's actually .
It's snowing. Or is it sleet? Just blowing, but not settling .
Just gotta pay part of the solicitors fees upfront on Monday .
I feel weird when I pass that flat0
