  • Another one to look at AC might be dunford road parkstone which looks like it is in quieter road and has 2 beds but is still just £750 per month

  • So £50 per week storage costs?

That amount after completion AC is that after mortgage repaid but not dmp? You have to repay your brother and I think you have an overdraft too but you should be left with around £260k. I would personally go for a top budget of £200k to buy somewhere to give you some leeway with finding another maybe part time job to help with your health and allow you sufficient to pay off your debts and maybe enough to buy you a few bits of new furniture. Be sensible before spending and think about whether you really need that item. A new frugal, sensible, solvent and healthy AC.

Yes enthusiastic . At least mortgage is repaid. Regarding dmp, I will make a settlement offer. You seem to have read my mind , about £200k to find somewhere .
Yes, I aim to be all of what you just said :)

Seems weird . 2nd week of no work coming up.
Last week, I didn't have time to think about it .

There seems to be plenty under £200k. Mainly flats, some in parkstone or Ashley cross which I think is your favoured area or houses if you go further out and there are always buses to get you into town. Depends on how close to shops, pubs, cafes you want to be.

Freehold houses don't incur service charges... just sayin'.

Unless you're Greg and Natalie. :( So glad Claudia and AJ are still in though, and Ed Balls... never thought I'd like a politician but he certainly has them. :D

Yes some of the central city flats in Poole have astronomical service charges. There is a 2 bed in Ashley cross for just under £200k with £600 per annum service charge (£50 per month). I think that is not too bad considering that includes buildings insurance. There are a few houses around too but further out.
