I'm sorry but I'm not going to post a link just yet.i don't want to jinx anything. I'll post a link when it's safely mine.

It's a tiny modernish townhouse, one double bedrom, one single with a south facing postage stamp sized rear garden - plenty big enough for me to create my Japanese style oasis, a small forecourt garden for privacy and off street parking.

All set in a pretty conservation area - Perfick. It's taken me months to find but as soon as we pulled up outside, before we even set foot inside I knew it was "the one".

It has the feel of a trendy pretty London mews, calm and quiet and yet within walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants I could wish for.

I am a very happy bunny.:D

Our (my) house is a very very fine house - with two cats in the yard......lol.

Nice quiet day at work. Didn't go out for lunch. My colleague was away.
Far too hot !
Managed to ge underground for 1 stop .
Am now on a train, which will shortly move out of Waterloo !
Sun is shining through my rAy bans in the meantime .

I left early , hence the easier journey

Right time to celebrate, posh burgers under the grill, oven rings, chips and garlic mayo at the ready. A healthy salad to keep the f&v count up and G&Ts all round - the lemon counts as one of my five a day right:rotfl:

Absolutely shattered tonight so just lolling around watching property !!!!!! on the TV. :rotfl:

Had some nice colourful storage boxes that I bought online delivered today, the sort you can put on display and shove all your extraneous bits and bobs in. I'll get cracking with them tomorrow and get all my treasures sorted out and organised.
