Recently accepted the invite for the next 6 month stint on the RM survey that pays in stamps. Decided to opt out the last time I was invited as I live a round trip of almost 10 miles to the nearest Post Office and it wasn't cost-effective. But I tend to have to go out posting books and other stuff I've sold most days anyway now so I can combine the two. Never thought they'd ask me again after I ducked out last time but I expect they are undersubscribed round here, being very rural, and need all the help they can get;)

As for making the 1000 posts, Aesop, of course we will:beer:
I tried for that a few months ago but they said they were full around here atm. They said they would get back if a vacancy occurs so fingers xd they will. Sounds ideal extra earnings for you though, if you're out and about anyways.

Posts are starting to add up now ;)

Yes, I noticed that about the postcode one this morning. I haven't been a member long enough yet as still on £4 something but getting there :)

I've taken advantage of one of the bonus options (GeoLotto) to boost my bonus up so I can hopefully take advantage of the new bonus draw :)

There is no referral scheme. It's too new and they don't have the funds.

Just trying to help them get established. So the more we can get signed up. The bigger the jackpot.

£3 from ondevice. Wondering if they owe me more. They take so long to payout I forget what I am owed.

I have notebooks everywhere, not getting used.

Rm invited me back after nearly 7 years so there is hope for everyone.

    Hi all

    Posts are adding up!

Had lovely lunch at the Waffle House with mum n dd but now feel like I won't need to eat for a week. Used £6 MOC in tesco today so more to add to total.

Can someone please tell me how to quote someone else's post in yours? Think I am probably being really slow

    Thanks

Yummmmm lunch sound lovely. Probably the pick-up you needed.

Underneath the post you want to quote, click on quote. It opens up a new Box with their quote, dont edit anything. Just tye underneath.

Glad you enjoyed your lunch :D

To quote one post just click on the 'quote' button at the bottom of their post and it will open in a reply box.

To quote more than one post use the little bubble with what look like coloured balloons in each post up to three maximum. Then when you click on reply they will pop up in your reply box.

If you want to trim them a bit, just highlight the bits you don't want and click the back space button. If you make a mistake you can 'undo' using the arrow at the top beside the smilie face.
Just be careful you leave the word QUOTE top and bottom of the post you are quoting and the BRACKETS !!

We lived in a caravan for four years - two in Southsea, Portsmouth and two in Holland, near and around the Ijsselmeer. We were contract painters and it was the easiest and cheapest solution.

What an interesting life you've had, Lynne:j

When we had those awful floods a few years ago most of the inhabitants in my friend's road were housed in mobile-homes (in their own driveways) whilst the houses were dried out and refurbished. I used to love visiting them there and wanted to live in one myself. Fortunately/unfortunately we weren't flooded ourselves. So cosy and warm (double-glazed and not so much space to have to heat). The best bit was having no room for clutter. Bliss:T
