Last chances now to claim.... especially if you get turned down and you know you have a good claim. Get claiming

(I know its 3 years but some people will take that long to claim!)
  • Got to go out in a bit to take my car for its free winter check. Pouring with rain here and I think one of my wiper blade rubbers is a bit worn. Not sure if they replace that for free too but fingers crossed. I'm a cheapskate these days, I'm expecting them to replace everything for nothing:o

Might miss the 1000th post though. Is it a bit like the countdown to midnight when Big Ben strikes and the fireworks go off?:rotfl:

it better not! I hate the snow! it's windy as windy can be here... that will do.

It is freezing here! I have two tops, a jumper, two pairs of socks on AND the heating. I'm tempted to put the fire on for a bit while I still can (we are finally getting a smart meter installed on the 29th December so will see in real time what such things costs us which I'm guessing will be make us reluctant to indulge!).

It's not just the claiming it's the time wasted waiting for them to reply, then probably having to supply more information and paperwork, then getting a refusal, then having to involve the Ombudsman. Everything takes soooo long:mad:

Squeezing in an end of the month saving! I've just been onto Boots.com to order more hair mousse ( have long / wild / frizzy / insanely curly hair) and it is all half price (I use Pantene to tame it), free delivery to my store AND I'd accrued enough points to get three for nothing.

I claimed quite a few (myself) ages ago and it was SO straightforward! Either send a letter or fill out a form (depending on what you are claiming) and wait. I didn't have to wait long for most and sent no further information, nothing. All but one I sent was successful.
Worth the initial form/letter sending if nothing else.
