My throat is closed up. I feel rotten. Why does this happen 2 sleeps before I start my new job? I'm praying its just the beginning of a cold but that means I'll be streaming on Sunday (first day). I've taken parrots in the hope of getting sone sleep. Fingers and extracted tonsills crossed....

DH's alarm goes off at 5.45. Maybe i should stay awake and do some flying?

ionafan. I'm only 6 months so not putting feet up just yet. Still got decorating and sorting to do. We have been here four months now and there is still so much to do!

I have been in school all day today, planning and setting up for next half term. I did manage to do the bedroom before we went though!

Left to do...

Put pictures up in kiddies bedrooms
Shine the kitchen sink
Empty and clean out bins

I was tempted by the Christmas card exchange last year but didn't feel like a 'proper' flylady then. How does it work? That is probably a silly question! Do we get everyone's addresses or do we send them all to one person?

Also, how does the secret Santa work? Sorry if I'm sounding a bit thick!

Bossy.. I'm a little bit neurotic but .. hot tummy, tiredness/lethargy and vomiting are the 3 things DS3 complained about before his T1 diagnosis.. weight loss and thirst came later.. they do typically have sweet smelling breath.. like pear drops! .. if he has ANY of the symptoms.. A&E.. don't waste your time with GP.. hopefully it a fast bug passing by and nothing more.. but the less obvious things are worth looking out for! I don't want to make you worry more, just raise awareness xx

Back home.. run ragged.. looking forward to a rest on Wednesday!... pretty much booked solid until then!

oh.. newest laptop back in for repair tomorrow hopefully.. I'm rather fed up.. it won't do a blinking thing.. going to do a full back up tomorrow and try a factory reset/reinstall and see where we end up.. should be fun!!

Morning All

This is turning out to be a really busy week but at least it's supposedly a stay at home day today although I've still got to deliver some letters asking for raffle prizes. Hopefully, I've got a fairly free weekend though apart from cleaning the cenotaph Sunday morning.

I've already been up for over an hour and have been sorting the LR out a bit. I also want to wrap some more presents today so they can go in the loft out of the way.

Bossy - hope DS is feeling better this morning and you managed to get some sleep.

Morning all
Lashing it down here so no chance of getting anything dry outside.
Need to nip in attic for more Halloween deccys if I get time and do a quick S&S around before I get catch up in another busy day.
I'll try and catch up with everyone's news tonight hugs good wishes coping vibes sticks and spoons to all who need them and I especially hope little master bossy had a good night and is now feeling much better.

Been a busy week but not done much flying, on the plus side weve been out or ive been working so weve not been mucking it up lol, ill not be doing anything other than dailies today either as 6 hrs at work today 2 houses back to back.

Were all set for halloween, we decorated last night cos im super busy tomorrow and tonights a right off due to work and my old achey bones haha so thats what we did, just need some food tomorrow and im baking a ton of cupcakes.

Gonna make brew no. 2 then sort the kitchen and LR, have a shower and some brekkie.

Its chucking it down outside.

I am not posting a "to-do" list today as I'm ashamed of continually seeing the same things on it (though in my defence I too was not feeling very well yesterday and didn't make it to choir practice) but I will post my list of achievements later. I must at least get out of the house for an hour this morning.

Morning all. Haven't had a chance to read back further than this page but can see that get well vibes etc are needed so they're coming your way.

Been missing in action for last few days. Tues - day out, Weds -ironing, Thurs and today - paperwork.

About to start the paid stuff.

Tomorrow, need to do menu plan, clean fridge and shopping list for DH. Also decorate the front porch so kiddies know they can come here for Halloween sweeties.
