My switch completed on 23rd Oct - I have not heard anything other than the initial email I received. Should I be worried yet?0

Where's this MSE link for getting £100 for switching to FlexDirect? Can't seem to find it under the accounts for switching bonus section.

30 working days from 23rd Oct. so cheque should arrive by 4th December.
I'm in the same boat and heard nothing yet but just hoping it will get sent and not have to chase it up!:cool:0 -

Well nothing was happening with the missing cashback so I wrote a snotty email threatening complaints to the Financial ombudsman for Nationwide, and the Advertising Standards Authority for Marketing Lounge Partnership and MSE/ Moneysupermarket as they seem "linked" (marketing partners my a**e).
MSE tried to initially say the offer was nothing to do with them and to take it up with Marketing Lounge (but offer was only available through MSE/ Moneysupermarket, so obviously had everything to do with them).
Marketing Lounge blamed Nationwide as they hadn't received a "validation email".
Nationwide didn't seem to know anything about it except they were having technical issues, they have been silent since the initial phone call response to the resolver complaint.
An email from Marketing Lounge arrived yesterday stating cheque was on its way.
And minutes later another email arrived from MSE apologising for delay in response and stating "their contacts at Marketing Lounge were posting the cheque today". Funny that.
Cheque came today from MoneySupermarket.com for £100.
41 Working days since switch completed.0 -
I still haven't received the cashback. Have been going around in circles emailing MSE, MoneySuperMarket, NationWide and Marketing Lounge Partnership. MLP said "Please can you provide your Switcher Reference Number as our systems are showing that no account has been opened" I sent them the number and then they said "
We have referred this over to Nationwide to investigate into further and need to await an actionable response from the.Unfortunately we cannot action anything without Nationwide’s authorisation so it will be pending investigation awaiting their response." They emailed me this over a week ago (17th Nov) and haven't heard anything from anyone.
I think I will send an email like roydog2 did and see if that will change anything. Will update with their response.
