Nationwide FlexDirect Switch

....Sods law now I've chucked the multitude of letters and cant find the exact one they want with the reference number of the switch (I switch a lot of accounts)....
I know this is easy to say after the event, but perhaps you should keep paperwork for longer! This switch was only a few weeks ago.
We keep all personal (not the circulars and marketing bumpf) letters from banks for a year or two precisely because we may need to check references, dates etc.0 -
Update for anyone interested, still didn't receive response from 3 polite emails.
Called company tonight and they said they would liase with nationwide but they don't have me down as being eligible as I did not receive an email from Nationwide stating the switch had completed.
Sods law now I've chucked the multitude of letters and cant find the exact one they want with the reference number of the switch (I switch a lot of accounts).
Called the Coop who I had switched from and they state account was closed on the 5th October via 7 day switch to Nationwide.
I didn't have any money or DD on the account, do you think NAtionwide are being picky and don't think its a real switch?
I can see nothing in the terms of the offer which specified cash or DD's, only that a full switch was carried out online. (which to me appears to have occurred?)
Log in to nationwide. Open the account in question and on the left hand side it lets you see your switch status. The reference number shoulf also be there.0 -
Thanks for this info- have hunted around nationwide and found the "track your switch" link.
It does indeed show the switch id and the dates of the switch, stating it is complete!
Have emailed this moneyrewards folk so will wait and see.0 -
I applied on 25th September. The account is open and advice from a Nationwide phone rep is that my a/c will be credited with £100 by the end of this month. Posts above seem to suggest that payment of the incentive is by cheque and, indeed, I would appear to have received the same MSM email as Old Bill. Seems a bit archaic to me.. payment by cheque that is, not Old Bill!
Did they send it?0 -
Bit worried was thinking about switching to Nationwide but now a bit anxious they might not pay up; however does anyone want to refer me?
P.M me thanks0 -
If you stick to the terms and conditions, they will pay up. I have received 10 payments into my current account.0

Well I have heard and received nothing from Moneysuperrewards about the lack of cashback.
Any email to them is replied with "we have passed this onto NAtionwide and are awaiting their response"
So suggestions on how to proceed???
The offer states NAtionwide cannot deal with any queries, these must be made through moneysuperrewards, so who is the complaint made to and under what grounds? False advertising??
Should I use the resolver thingy??0 -
HOw do I complain about the MSE cashback offer that hasn't paid out???0

If you have any queries relating to this offer, please contact Marketing Lounge Partnership, who are issuing the cashback payments on 01565 832 865 or email info@moneysuperrewards.co.uk0
