Bank of Scotland branch locator

I'm in the middle of opening an account with Bank of Scotland and because I live in England, I have to put in my nearest branch. I'm playing guessing games as to where they have a branch. Stupid question but are there any branches outside Scotland and where do I find themon their website?

    Hi

I have accounts with BOS nearest one to me is Wooler in Northumberland. They have a branch finder tool on their web page, you can find a branch by postcode / town name.
    Hope this helps.
  • I live in the south of England and I just put in one of the Edinburgh ones as my local branch.....

Just go to any Halifax branch and provide your ID there. They will send it on for you and certify it - as they did for me. However make sure you check it gets there!

Halifax and BoS are basically the same bank and use the same admin centre.

As far as I am aware BoS have no branches in England - bar a few in the north east near the border.
