Hi DNMS - I was just starting to type a long reply about my worm composter, then remembered I covered it in quite a bit of detail in a blog post in September 2014. I called that post 'Up to my armpits in worm compost. Nice!!' , so hopefully that will cover what you need to know, & if you don't have a link to my blog, you should be able to google that title & go straight to the relevant post, complete with lots of pictures. I have had the same composting unit (the 'Can o'worms' from Wiggly Wigglers - they have a catalogue & website) for years & have only had to replace the tap. I bought it shortly after mr f & I first got together, so that would mean I've had it for 16 years & it's still going strong. Could I afford it at the time? No. Did I care? No. Those were the Spendy Decades & I wasn't the Goody Two-Shoes that I became once the LBM struck! Great to hear how you're so getting into your garden. Keep it up, & you'll be able to get off to a great start on next year's food crops.

Evening all - I've had quite a low spend day. Went to a museum (free but had to pay for parking and bought lunch), and managed to get a free bottle of coke and a small cake from Boots, courtesy of O2 priority!Debt as of Sept' 2015 (LBM!): £36,351  (sickening)
Monthly outgoings on debt alone: £1243/month
We're on the right path, we got ourselves here..we're a bit lost, but we'll find our way back again!0 -
Hi everyone

Carrie - so sorry to read your sad news...
Princesspea - I have a few different medications and a prescription prepayment really makes a lot of difference to me.
Work was meh again. I think that we can tell it's coming into half term. Teachers are tired and the kids are up the wall. I need to consider just how to deal with that, and stop taking things so personally.
