Beware of anyone contacting you privately. All strictly against the forum rules!

(There is a female poster (not CM) who does work for an appeals company)

Sending pm messages is also not against forum rules - however your libellous comments about a company may be

Yes as you and the OP well know - and no forum rules were broken which if you read the thread you will see - the OP sent ME a pm and also contact was made via the BMPA as well as openly on the thread

The OP is also not a customer ;-)

Who said Quentin's postings were libellous on THIS thread .....

Whilst it is noticeable Quentin trolls on threads I post, let's not deviate from the OP's thread and try and keep postings on topic.

LOL - You have found a new talent for being a Comedienne ...
...or perhaps you should book an appointment with 'Specsavers'*?

Nice to see you practise what you preach regarding keeping threads on topic...

@ OP my apologies for the way your thread has once again been sidetracked .

Do you still have my email contact details?

just read and follow the BPA and POPLA info in the NEWBIES sticky thread, near the top of the forum

nobody can tell you if it will be easy or not, just follow the process and appeal on legal grounds if you get a popla code

if it was easy, they would not be in business , but those who fight back stand a good chance of winning, especially if you get a landowner cancellation

its extremely easy to get a parking charge notice nowadays as most private car parks use ANPR or wardens, or both, including supermarkets , retail parks, airports, train stations, hospitals , surgeries , leisure parks etc

I can assure you they will not have used CCTV, just ANPR
