I haven't used a APG on the new system yet. SOunds like it will be fun

I did on Wednesday, 1 apg and 2 NCG soups. All scanned fine until I pressed 'finish and pay'. Til voided all 3

SA had to come and input cash and give me my change from a tin

Thank you - I will try that later today. I could do with a guide to use on normal tills though as I do have one APG for £11.xxx and I really don't want to cause chaos at the tills when they are busy. The staff are all under a lot of stress at the moment as they say they haven't had any training at all and some customers have got really shirty with them when it's not their fault.

i have not had one over £10 since the system changed sorry. manned tills are the same process, but its easier if you tell them NOT to scan the top bc.
    scan bottom bc
    scan bc on receipt/
i noticed the sa pressed something between each apg though.
i used 4 on my last transaction.
the sa had not been told anything before i went to her till.
