Back from the doc, she thinks, only thinks that my cough could be down to natural causes. I have a runny nose (sorry tmi) streaming eyes, signs if a cold blaaaaaa
Tonight I shall be drinking hot strong tea with proper sugar, not my usual Hermasetas AND a good glug or two of scotch. May have two teas, or three. Sweat the cold out of me :eek: or end up pished :eek:


Coming out of the surgery I noticed that at last the empy shop has been taken. We have a Pound Stretcher shop. Didn't have time to pop in as was going into Solar (co-op) for Sun and a Cidre. DH is getting bold, he is buying 2 at a time today. Last week it was 1 at a time. I'll have him buying in 3s in Mr A yet :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Rain now and still windy so plans to go to an auction were dropped. It's ok fir the indoor stuff but when they sell on The Meadow it's not so good.

I'm off to watch IRT from last night, God, I'm addicted to that show :cool:

Been out for Suns and posted some parcels and called in at T. Spotted some Pimms reduced to 7.50 from £21, these were flavoured varieties though. Pimms No 1 down to £10.50. Worth a look if you're going anyway.

My asda have just refused point blank to accept 3 cider vouchers ! They say that if coupons don't scan then asda are not going to accept them from this week onwards due to their new system. I asked what they wer going to do about perfectly valid manufacturers coupons which need the price input manually due to variat ions in item price and they said they would refuse them all. I was also warned that APGs are a problem and I would be lucky if I got them accepted !!! !!!!!! are they up to ?
