Had my cidre vouchers refused today in A. Staff clueless what to do after scanning them.

Also, giant tubes were mentioned as a 'small glitch' the other day. Well the 2 for £1.50 is over, they are now £1 each but are still marked as 2 for £1.50 in my store. Got the 50p back and a gift card.

They would not accept my one and only pizza voucher, saying the same thing, no scan, can't use, tried in 2 different stores, same response.

When they suspended my account, they cancelled my pending order and kept the money to pay for something that I had previously purchased with an apg voucher!!!! I also lost £20 vouchers in my account that were simply gained by doing good comparison shopping, nowt glitchy.


I would be interested to see how they treat you, my experience was shockingly bad.

Hi everybody I hope you are well. Just popped into a small A was told APG could not be used and had to go online to get voucher whuch would be posted to me. Went to a bigger A and they were accepted. As anyone else had this problem.

Ive still got a
 Order cancelled
Unable to take payment
on my account for a C&C I did yesterday. But I have the shopping lol. :eek: I have put extra £s into my Santander cc account so the money is there if they want it.
Strange one. Better not use that account for a while
