    cant search,

did you use more than one at a time though

also you can enter either numbers,it does state that on the screen, or even scan it

I only tried using one per transaction - I didn't want to push my luck and have the whole thing crash on me again. I did try just entering the 4/5 digit transaction number, but the voucher kept getting voided off.
  • Good morning all, lovely blue sky here.

I have chestnut stuffing to make today, and I have yet more wrapping to do  I think I may have got a bit carried away :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Morning all. Throat was a bit scratchy yesterday evening and feels now like it's on fire, it's so sore this morning :( Am I coming down with man flu?

No, you're doing the same as all us females, you are coming down with a stinking cold but you will endure, we can't curl up in bed as we have all the men with manful to contend with (they may have sneezed in the last couple of days :rotfl::rotfl:)

    Morning all
The sun is out (but I can hear the wind whistling away)

I'm an occasional poster but mostly lurk since the days of dtd,

I'm upset that I missed the soup as they would have been perfect for our local food bank !
If they are still working will someone kindly explain how many I need to get and any triggers THANKYOU :A

I think you need to get in multiples of 4 and you don't need a trigger or fillers as there are more than 8 varieties.

[1] For them;). What a shame that they can't sit down and absorb all the vast information!:D:rotfl::)

EDIT: [2] And it seems for you as well:(.

But I also know how you feel - as I've had that happen and it can be more unsettling sometimes for people like me - suddenly change stuff with no notice and no training. I usually get stuck in and try and figure it out, then become stuck. Progress for you - everything now takes longer - just have to sit there and work your way through the laborious process (or what can be a laborious process) - this is an area I do better at, I think, as I sit and go through each stage and it's often repetition (which suits me). However, I can't prioritise as well as many people and interruptions tend to disrupt me a little more than most people, though I can get back to things - they actually tested me and said I could although (they said) it wasn't natural for me and wasn't ideal to my way of working. It's this "top-slice" approach, that the vast majority of people follow, that gets no job whatsoever done fully:( (and often leaves every job done unsatisfactorily IMO - even if not necessarily have to be completely and fully done in order to qualify as being "satisfactory" even under my own view). I suppose we all excel in certain things and do less well than others in other areas, and we all just have to find the best way we can of dealing with it.

We've had almost daily change for 18 months. Ppl are starting to go off with stress now. They have reduced the teams, moved my area an hrs drive away, increased work load and all the change. As long as you home life is gd you can cope but not everyone's is.

Anyway the problem was they had read it and it relates nothing to what you actually have to do!!

Day of work today. DS school txed . Drains blocked and backing up, lovely, so we have the day together :D
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

Oh no not the man flu :D

In all seriousness a teaspoon of honey should help soothe the throat :)

Zippy - do you mind telling me exactly what needs to be done on ss tills and on the manned tills ? My store haven't a clue and my only attempt at using an APG yesterday resulted in the as having a minor meltdown and the supervisor just telling him to enter it as a non scan coupon plus the amount. The till staff have been told to call for a supervisor for any over a certain amount - but when I asked how much that was they said they hadn't been told !!! I was also told not to try using APGs on ss as nobody knew what to do with ss tills. Typical asda fowl up.

This has been working for me, when using one at a time. No need to involve the clueless SS staff either.

    New system on self service
    Step 1
    Scan bottom barcode on apg
    Step 2
Type in TC number from receipt eg the long number you type into your computer to get the apg

New system on maned till is slightly different so I won't explain as staff get upset when you tell them how to do there job

My advise is just use step 1&2 on self service but this method I have used only on apg's under £10:cool:
Can you please share this with the Facebook group as I know a few have had problems today .
I've made it as simple as possible :)
