Morning all, we are grey and dull here, OH seems to be having a lie in.

Just thinking about Barilla and its made me think how many people I am waiting to hear back from - Barilla, Pizza Express, Bella Italian, Groupon, Scottish Power, jawbone ...

hopefully people will have a desk clearing day and all issues sorted out this morning-
I can live in hope but I know its not going to happen :rotfl:

  • Good morning.

Wet and blustery and cold here. And it looks like much more of a challenge further north. On days like this I am just grateful for what I have - food, shelter, warmth, suitable clothing and the luxury of a car if I need to go anywhere.

Have a lovely day, and may the glitches abound! xx

This has been working for me, when using one at a time. No need to involve the clueless SS staff either.

Thank you - I will try that later today. I could do with a guide to use on normal tills though as I do have one APG for £11.xxx and I really don't want to cause chaos at the tills when they are busy. The staff are all under a lot of stress at the moment as they say they haven't had any training at all and some customers have got really shirty with them when it's not their fault.

    Good morning all...

I have no idea what the conversation was really about last night suffice to say Undeperky you made me smile quite a bit.

I need to do a shop today and could go to either A or T as its probably going to end up more muggly than glitchy....so I think the thing that might sway me towards T could be cheap or RTC alcohol...as if we dont have enough already but hey ho.

Ds1 has been working really hard on his university statement over the last few months and yesterday received his first offer of an interview at one of his chosen universities....he needs to attend a taster day in a few weeks time when he will also be interviewed and will leave hopefully with an offer.....
He only really has his sights set on 2 universities and this is one of them despite putting 5 down for consideration.....

Hope everyone has a great day and stays safe if the weather is bad

Bought some stuff this morning and this lady caught me using under £10 ones anyway she started to rip them up and at the end it rejected it. One of the 4 then as she ripped it up, I could not rescan it and she had to add a £8.68 one as a manual voucher but still now needs a sv for that. So don't let them distory them to the end.

She also said from Monday only 1 voucher per transaction will be coming in but I think that's hot air. Who wants to use more then 1 now only I do for getting Xmas Lego
  • I haven't used a APG on the new system yet. SOunds like it will be fun

It's not fun when the vouchers are over £10 but last 2 days been ok ;) just depends on what trout comes over. If I know it's a nasty trout and she scans the £10+ voucher I will say your need to call a trout over lol some of them know what it means and laugh.

They aren't to bad in mine. I only have one over £10 so should be ok. I may spend a load this weekend to get rid of the pile I have!
