Zippy - do you mind telling me exactly what needs to be done on ss tills and on the manned tills ? My store haven't a clue and my only attempt at using an APG yesterday resulted in the as having a minor meltdown and the supervisor just telling him to enter it as a non scan coupon plus the amount. The till staff have been told to call for a supervisor for any over a certain amount - but when I asked how much that was they said they hadn't been told !!! I was also told not to try using APGs on ss as nobody knew what to do with ss tills. Typical asda fowl up.
