    New system on self service
    Step 1
    Scan bottom barcode on apg
    Step 2
Type in TC number from receipt eg the long number you type into your computer to get the apg

New system on maned till is slightly different so I won't explain as staff get upset when you tell them how to do there job

My advise is just use step 1&2 on self service but this method I have used only on apg's under £10:cool:
Can you please share this with the Facebook group as I know a few have had problems today .
I've made it as simple as possible :)

After reading your last post, I thought I'd try this for myself. I thought I'd 'test the water' with a couple of low-value APGs (less than £2 in total).

SS assistant scanned the bottom barcode and entered the TC number for the two of them, leaving £5.39 to pay (This was the first he'd seen of the new system too, I had to tell him what the TC number was) . I dutifully stuck a £10 note in, before an error message briefly flashed on the screen saying the APGs had been rejected . The checkout then froze, still saying I owed £5.39. Luckily the very lovely SS staff went and fetched me my change (and took my word for how much it owed me), but obviously I didn't get a receipt, so no APG or Shopitize cashback for me :(

I think its best to avoid spending them for a few days, until they get their system sorted out.

Who was it who hadn't made their bed last night, I have just realised I still have the bedclothes wet in the washing machine.

I usually wash and dry same day to save me getting out another set and folding the other to put away. :o

Trots off to put it all in tumble drier..........

Maybe it's the fact you used more than 1 apg on a shop:o
I did 6 shops today and had no problems but only used 1 apg on each shop:)
