Miro...it was just a gentle film...and lovely to see the wonderful Julie Walters in it.
I have a theory now that if you want a film to have a story to it then its best to go to a 12A rated one...15's tend to go over board on the language and 18's are just violent.
Hope you have a grand time this evening!
Like Nannylala just said too - it sounds just my kind of film :heart2:...I hate the usual 'blockbuster' types & horror, sci fi etc. I like a good story well written and with good actors. I'm hoping there will be some great Irish scenery too!
Oooooh just had an email with an offer of free tickets for the new Steve Jobs film for tomorrow.....0 -

Could I ask a favour please? Our broadband is pitifully slow and we are thinking of changing to Virgin media. We don't know anyone who has it so can't get any opinions of it. If any elite are Virgin users or former users I'd love to know what you think, both in terms of performance and customer service. TIA. (I'm pretty sure DM uses it but I think he's still away)
We are very happy with Virgin. We always get at least close to the speed we are meant to have (50 mb) and there is no download limit. There is the odd outage, but normally back up fairly quickly or call in and you can find out roughly how long or if it is a general outage. One advantage with them is that they own the equipment so you do not pay for repairs or replacement. We have Tivo and landline too, we need landline at the moment and it works out cheaper to have the TV too. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
