If anyone else has had problems with Pizza Express being unable to process your nectar.com bonus code because of its length, it might be worth sending them an email with details and your nectar card number, DOB, email etc

    social@nectar.com

you can leave them a message on their FB page but they just ask everyone to email them

this might be a useful address to save incase of the swim, cinema, go ape etc bonus points not appearing :D

looks very good - I think it would be very easy to spend £20 - a few things in the under £2 clearance to make up the odd pence

also saw this which might make a nice present for aunts and elderly neighbours etc

Yardley English Rose Gift Set 100ml £2.99

and there is a 5% off first order - not sure if the free delivery works before the 5% comes of for afterwards

    TCB????

    Tenth Anniversary
Oh no, so sorry for Snap. :(

I'll be gutted if they don't let me home tomorrow. Once the c diff was confirmed the drs said it would be early next week, and I had to have 48 hours since last loose stool. That happened Friday. I can shower without help and do my bladder washouts, which I couldn't manage until yesterday. I'm eating again, drinking still a bit of an issue but should be much easier at home where I can access nice cold water instead of Luke warm stuff here. I need to get out of here and carry on my recovery at home. :o

Mhoc interesting suggestion about the hairdresser, I've thought similar myself about how having one available in hospital would be a good idea (as a paid for service obviously). I wish there was a way of getting your hair washed at your bedside too. Up until yesterday I was having bed washes, and my hair, which I have to wash every day because of greasiness issues was 11 days without a wash. It just makes you feel disgusting.

I'm due a hairdresser appointment anyway, as not been for a cut since mid June, so will see what she suggests.

Rhos, your cakes look fab! :)

Good evening, good to see posting ladyshopper, there is a way to wash your hair in bed, our hospital have , what looks like a shower cap and it's an all in one hair wash, the nurse just massage the cap all over and when it's taken off. You have clean hair, really excellent bit of kit. Hope you get home soon :)

also check your emails from Travelodge - the latest one has a 25% off code for London rooms in December
    - it says they start at £29 or £49 - not convinced about that but it might be worth checking if you are doing Christmas shopping etc
