just booked cinema using tictac codes.

i normally just take the codes with me to the cinema but thought as its bond, it will be packed.
i just found out that booking fee has gone up to 60p each

but i signed in, which i dont normally bother to when using free tickets, and discovered booking fee drops to 45p
well not being too tight i splashed out the 90p to make sure we got a seat we like :p

Sal, i have tried to claim todays apg from muggle shop but keeps saying fill in all fields:cool: they are filled in:mad:

I also had problems with the boxes yesterday so I tried again but using google chrome (usually I am IE11) and it went through with no problems - so maybe its a browser issue?

I've just eaten an entire box of Aldis Quattro formaggi - posh cheese biscuits - 20g is a serving but the box is 70g so that's 3.5 servings :o

now I have to figure out how to make them myself as this was 99p worth of taste testing :rotfl:

tried to find a recipe but cant find a suitable one :(

    Good afternoon all, happy Sunday.

Just back from half-term break in Spain, so hope everyone is well. I'll read back for a little catchup.

Snap's dear dad has had a stroke:(
Nice to see you posting again and glad you are feeling better x
I would say the same about your hair as your bosy has been through so much :A
Please do not get your hopes up about tomorrow as wouldnt want yo to be so upset, i can understand you want to come home, but make sure you are well enough xx

Oh no, so sorry for Snap. :(

I'll be gutted if they don't let me home tomorrow. Once the c diff was confirmed the drs said it would be early next week, and I had to have 48 hours since last loose stool. That happened Friday. I can shower without help and do my bladder washouts, which I couldn't manage until yesterday. I'm eating again, drinking still a bit of an issue but should be much easier at home where I can access nice cold water instead of Luke warm stuff here. I need to get out of here and carry on my recovery at home. :o

Mhoc interesting suggestion about the hairdresser, I've thought similar myself about how having one available in hospital would be a good idea (as a paid for service obviously). I wish there was a way of getting your hair washed at your bedside too. Up until yesterday I was having bed washes, and my hair, which I have to wash every day because of greasiness issues was 11 days without a wash. It just makes you feel disgusting.

I'm due a hairdresser appointment anyway, as not been for a cut since mid June, so will see what she suggests.

Rhos, your cakes look fab! :)

Apologies - pulling myself together - was typing before I put my brain into gear

Expecting a visit now from exDH & his son :) so having to get myself 'normal'

I've heard that my Boss has said some really horrid stuff regarding my Father being ill :(:(
Debating whether to give in a months notice & then hope new year offers me new opportunity.
My heart is ruling my head - financially I could survive for a few months & try & find or start a new job :)

Do what mhoc said, go to the docs and get signed off. That boss deserves no consideration whatsoever. Take time out to think what to do.

(That advice from someone who told a bully of a boss where to go, and it felt sooooooo good, but wasn'the working for the money).
Snap I'm not too sure what's gone on as I've missed so much on here. You're obviously having a hard time though and work sounds awful, so sorry.m:(

Tweets, poor poppy, really feel for her.

Managed a shower again today and things going in the right direction. Am so desperate to get out tomorrow. Really bored, which is another reason I know I'm on the mend as when poorly I can't do anything.

Need to visit the hairdresser when I get home. A couple of weeks before I came back into hospital my hair started coming out in handfuls. It carried on in hospital, although finally seems to be coming to a stop. I don't think there are any bald patches but it's just got really thin. Most people seem to think its a reaction to what my body has been through over the last 3 months. :o

Stress can cause hair loss, and goodness knows you have been under enough stress to turn a woolly mammoth bald
