    Tenth Anniversary 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker PPI Party Pooper
    Went out for a post-Christmas run today and was delighted (well, and a little sceptical) to find ZombiesRun telling me I'd done 20k in just over an hour :rotfl: Who knew that the way to progress from tortoise speed to world record setting speed was to eat way too many mince pies. Maybe the mulled wine was radioactive (yeah, yeah, or maybe there's something wrong with the GPS tracking on zombies).

    Odd, I swear last time I ran that route it was much closer to 10km :D

    I'm back! My ears are still blocked from the crappy cold I have been fighting. Just hoping it hasnt triggered off an MS relapse which can happen when the immune system is activated. But Hey Ho - went for a couple of runs in the last few days and have finished the Abel Township races and the New Canton 5k - took me five runs to do the 20k LOL but got there in then end. Its not ideal as you lose the flow of the story, but just one more 10k and 20k and I can start on Season 2!!!

    Oh and I did my fastest 5k - YEY! I was well chuffed!!!

    I had hoped to be ready for Season 2 on NYD, but thats not going to happen now. :-( Ah well.

    I managed a 5k to do season 1 ep 21 the other day but been so full of cold since then! We have a racecourse near us which has a public heath in the middle which is a 2 mile loop and it's great as from my front door, round the loop and home is exactly 5k!


    Hoping to get a couple more of these in this weekend!
