Not quite a spoiler, just a be prepared...there are a few missions you may need hankies for if you start getting really immersed in the story! I never knew I could run in tears...

I plumped for the longsleeve in the end, it's likely to still be cold Oop North in March! (I'm about 110 miles south of Scotland )

Managed my first half-hour run since my asthma kicked off
3.4km in total, 0.6 km up a HORRENDOUS hill.
