Productive day here, all the books are as sorted as they can be and put away except for a large box worth which needs to go under the stairs. :D I finished just before 3pm so I've just pottered around since then.I got my work deadlines for January so I've been able to plan out the work dates (in theory, some fall on bank holidays) through to the start of December 2016 :D This time around I'm getting 22/12/15 until the 4/1/16 free from deadlines so I'm looking forward to a quiet Christmas and New Year on the work front :)

The kitchen is presentable and I've even managed to do all the dishes for a change. The livingroom is looking much much better now all my work stuff is basically gone (if you ignore the pile of books on the dining table I need to recycle) so although I'm not up with the lists, there is a noticeable improvement in the house this week :o

Tomorrow (Thursday) I'm planning on running errands. I need to pay money into the bank, and grab a few bits from town. So I'm going to grab a bus pass and do charity shop runs as I need to make 3 trips and it'll be quicker than walking it. When I get in I need to get stuck in with the cleaning. I figure if we do this weeks lists properly tomorrow evening then Friday night can be laundry night, and I can have the weekend off except for dailies and weather permitting I might be able to go out somewhere. I'm starting to get cabin fever as the only place I've been except work is Mr A's and a couple of short dog walks.

Well my phone is finally charged! I can now go to bed, and struggle to get up at 6am :rotfl:

    Morning all.

Have put the dw on this morning and just about to hang up wet washing and set another load off before am off to the paid stuff.

Dd2 has school cake bake today so we made a quick load of choc chip fairy cakes yest. Dd1 has Club after school then both at beavers later.

Bathrooms aren't too bad so shouldn't take long to sort out later. Kitchen needs some attention. It's the only room I've not really done much in this week bar window cleaning and floor hoover and mop.... will give it some love later.

Off to mums in Devon on Saturday with the squids leaving Dh here to finish the ensuite fitting etc. It'll be nice to return to a presentable ish house. Well the kitchen and bathroom won't be. .... sigh.

    Morning all

Hope those lacking sleep got a bit moer last night. DS1 popped over at 10pm and ended up staying chatting to me until midnight in the kitchen, didn't like to say go home. So I'm still a bit tired but didn't wake up in the night.

I've prepped and frozen one bag of apples this morning, just going to do another and then hoover and shower.

I really need to do paperwork and my neighbour's garden before visiting Mum, not sure which one will win yet.

    Morning all again. :D

I did indeed struggle to get up at 6am :rotfl:

So far today I've done the dailies, except laundry, and now I'm just getting myself together to go run errands. Discovered that the dog needs dentasticks and both lots of food buying today. I forgot to order the dry stuff online so I'm going to have to get the 2kg bags instead of the 7.5kg bags I wanted which means in 2 weeks he'll need more :( I also now need to go to Mr A again, but at least I have vouchers which can cover most of the cost of his food this time ;)

I'm cold, its really windy and looks like rain but I'm off to town. I just hope that I can get what I want and out of there pretty fast before the lunchtime shoppers appear. Christmas window shopping will have to wait until next week when DD will be with me and can suggest stuff ;)

DD has been forewarned we're cleaning tonight so hopefully we can clear all of this weeks list quickly as the house isn't too bad from cleaning it last week and some of those jobs which keep getting put off can be done.

Don't suppose you've got a box of glass jars you want to declutter in the boot, have you?! I've even Google mapped Plymouth to Milton Keynes, Lamewolf! I am shortly going to have to throw in the MSE towel and resort to the Bay of E. Grr.

Glad you slept better, Dusty. Waking up tired is horrible.

Swabbed half the kitchen floor yesterday, the rest will be done today, along with the stairs. More [STRIKE]carp[/STRIKE] useful stuff decluttered to the Chazza, where we had a long chat on the relative merits of a D!rt Dev!1 v a Dy$on stick cleaner. I know I need to get out more but there's really no point if all that Outside brings is protracted discussions about Flying, is there?
    Better is good enough.

HB shame you're not up my way, I could give you jars.

Pottered around doing odd jobs, tidying etc.

Going to ring Mum and see what time I'm needed and then either hoover or head out to the shops.
