I'll join in Lynne. Just collected dd2 from school with copious cakes from the bake sale.

Have hung washing and cleaned down loo. Have just emptied dw.

Dd2 aged 6 Is now going to come up and help me change both girls beds. They have loads of soft toys on there and dd2 has a high sleeper so they can help with that.

Will also try to make small strides in main bathroom!

Thanks Lynne I did ok. Changed both girls beds and have made a start in the bathroom. Will need to finish it later as I have to go collect Dd1 from a club then dash to friends for some fancy dress donations. Then dinner then beavers....

    Afternoon all

Visited mum, doing my head in, but i did get to see my Aunt which was lovely. Chatted to sis on the phone.

I need to put the shopping away, prep dinner and then go and collect DS3 who is at another school doing some quiz.

I'll empty the WM first so I have done something.

I've made some progress lol. We are all fed and kids have hallowe'en outfits on. I've got out the toiletries and clothes we need, and some of the food. I'm thinking I might put food in a suitcase lol it will be easier to move from car to bungalow:o
Anything I can get into wheeled bags is preferable lol.

Kids have packed a few toys, books, DVDs.

Might go make butties now then they are done...

    Honey Bear

Thinking outside the box someone on the preserving thread suggested buying cheap jars of something (9p curry sauce possibly) to throw and use.
While it's wasteful might be cheaper than e bay

  • Waving feebly from bed.

I have been in hospital again. I was rushed in on Sunday with a temperature. On Monday it peaked at 41 degrees. It was horrible, and very frightening.

Home now, feeling battered. But am in my bed, surrounded by my family.

Hope everyone is well. Hoping for a decent night's sleep.
