Hi again, just a quick update, I've sent my email appeal last night and have had an automated reply today to say they will review the photos they took and will let me know the outcome, I have taken a photo of where I parked but not sure how to upload to here?Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00

So here is the photo, I think I've done it correctly:

this is where I was parked, no signs anywhere apart from the one detailing where the departments and wards are, although you can just see the disabled markings on the ground, my car was parked in the second spaceAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -

Further update
So I've so far had no response to my appeal via email apart from them saying they would look at photographic evidence and get back to me.
Today however, I have received a letter from them completely disregarding the appeal I made via email on 4th novermber saying I have to pay within 14 days or they may take court action.
What next?Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -
Complain by email (below) to the BPA about that, and about the complete lack of signage (send the BPA your photo). A very serious breach of the Code of Practice to try to enforce where there are no signs.

Thanks for that, I will do, the letter they have sent me States they have contacted the dvla and got my details as the driver of the vehicle, nowhere in my prior communication with them have I stated who was the driver. The letter also states I am no longer entitled to the discounted rate of £30 and now must pay £60.
I have in the meantime also complained to my employer however they have just redirected me to the parking policy and the ppc whom they have the contract with to manage their car parking.
I can confirm that in addition to the photo above, there is absolutely no other signage nearby these spaces to state whether even those who have valid disabled parking badges have to pay or not, there Are no signs whatsoever regarding parking terms apart from the yellow disabled sign painted on the ground.
Will see what happens next.Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -

The DVLA know who should be the Keeper, they have absolutely no idea who was the drivermilliemonster wrote: »Thanks for that, I will do, the letter they have sent me States they have contacted the dvla and got my details as the driver of the vehicle, nowhere in my prior communication with them have I stated who was the driver.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
I emailed legion group last night to ask what was going on with my appeal as I had had this letter that competely disregarded the appeal, they replied today with a screenshot to suggest they replied on 5th November to decline my appeal (in fact the screenshot shows my appeal was declined only 8 minutes after sending it to them so they didn't take much time to consider it) and they have included a popla code.
However I did not receive this email at all, the screenshot they showed me wasn't of the actual email reply they claim they sent, just a copy of the account they hold on me where it says 'emailed to milliemonster@coldmail.co.uk on 5th nov @ x time'.
Anyway, I have the popla code now so will have to appeal to them later this weekAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -
