They will try to discuss options, but you just have to be adamant that you are not open to offers and just wish to cancel.


Watchdog is probably running out of fresh topics, having run for so long, so probably will take up a cause if just a few viewers complain....and there are few perfect businesses which don't get complaints.

Perhaps Sky got word of this programme before it was aired, so the word went out to it's customer service reps to not keep people on the phone or on line chat for an hour trying to get them to change their minds , it will be interesting if people will still manage to cancel in five minutes after this programme fades in memory, or if the new compliant Sky keep acting immediately on instructions to cancel
