these photos were taken when the gym was closed, because you can see from the sign this is a gym car park. The time the gym closes is around 10 I believe and the driver parked here after this time, hence why these photos were taken then.

But it has to be said that the flash was on from the camera, maybe these pics need to be taken again without flash. Ned less to say, this was just for GuysDad to show what was requested.

Blimey, I wouldn't want to go down that road after dark!

Seriously, inadequate signage should be a single point appeal, but to be on the safe side, throw the lot at the PPC.

Use the template appeal in the NEWBIES thread on or around day 21 from when the windscreen ticket was received exactly as it is. Park Direct are BPA members so should be relatively easy to beat at PoPLA. They wil probably reject your initial appeal but that is quite normal. You are after a PoPLA code that they must supply so you can then make a second stage appeal and win, which costs the parking company 27 quid plus VaT. Ain't life grand?

Hi fruitcake thanks again for your input.

Yes I am putting a lot of effort in i.e taking the pics. I fully agree with it being dark, it is even more dark then it looks as the flash was on when they were taken. As previously stated I have a few days left to get it sent of to the PPC and will try to emphasis signage and throw this at them but want to send it properly before popla.

In regards to windscreen ticket, I never recieved one. I have only recieved a NTK via the post. Thanks for letting me know I really appreciate it. However I have researched this and I know I just need the popla code and it costs them 27 quid ;). However at the same time, as I said before, I still need to make sure the 1st appeal is good stuff. :)

Don't worry about the detail at this stage. The whole point of your appeal to the parking company is to hook a PoPLA code. You could say you had a problem with parking because aliens were blocking you in. It doesn't matter, all you want or need is the PoPLA code so don't burn out too many brain cells in the process.

Yes, take pictures with the flash turned off and submit them.

I'm in the USA at the moment, it's 11.30 pip emma by here and I am slightly inebriated so anything I post after this will hinder your case rather than help.

hey sorry to post again. I want to send this by tomorrow as its coming up to 28 days.

I just want to know if my final copy to the PPC is sufficient enough to gain the POPLA code? Is it ok to send it the way it is? Based on the situation?

Anything will get a POPLA code. "You can't touch me, I'm the Emperor of the moon" will get a POPLA code.
