Where have we heard of unidentified solicitors before? Oh...wait.
We know, it's a case of "TROY, WAKE YOUR IDEAS UP"
Would never be surprised to hear Troy has resigned, it now needs a professional to captain the sinking ship, it's a bit like a huge overdraft that the bank is calling in0 -

whats 4000 cases ? 3000 will go thru with no argument's , the other 1000 will be quietly dropped as a "gesture of good will"
the sun will go down , the sun will rise and the sky will be clear , and troy will get a knighthood for services to parking

na, troy is a complete waste of space and no doubt bowing down to his paying membership ....... not wanted or needed0 -
but as mentioned ,apart from MSE/pepipoo etc , how many of the 4000 know this is happening , and think that a set of skilled (?) solicitor's will be there friends
I think at this point the government should jump in and discard the POPLA and IAS and take over this using THERE appointed adjudicators , with the costs (higher) stood by the operatorsSave a Rachael

Pay the old POPLA Assessors Chris Adamson and Ricky Whatshisname to do them freelance. They were always wise to the scam!
Forget Nozir and that new girl in the Summer...no clue.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ricky Powell - yes, he was very good.0

I'm just thinking out loud so don't shoot me!
Surely the appeals have to be held by new POPLA because the BPA would be in breach of it's own code of practice regarding appeals.0 -
Haven't you heard. POPLA is now a BRAND
:-)
So the BPA can get anyone to do it, and as long as they brand them, it's fine.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
