Sorry I thought Clappers questions were rhetorical!
Tories responsible for possible world recession?...No.
Does the world owe me a living?....What does that even mean, but I suppose my answer is instinctively No.
Is the solution to borrow more blah blah blah?...again its one of Clappers stock phrases and I`m struggling to see what relevance it has to poor working conditions etc. Perhaps he should ask Gideon about borrowing and the national debt, hasn't he doubled the bas***d in 5 years?“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0 -
I think the point is that you are criticising the minimum wage - should it be abolished or should it be higher (I'm not clear which you are proposing)
If it's abolished it helps noone, unless we top it up with tax money or if it's raised we all pay via more expensive goods (that we are not able to then export)
Criticising is easy but what are your solutions that are so much better?
Remember we live in a global economy, we all like cheap stuff and there's lots we have no influence over (eg global recessions)Left is never right but I always am.0 -

I didn't criticise the minimum wage.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0 -
Sry, my mistake. What is your point then?Left is never right but I always am.0

I think I ve been reasonably clear in my posts. Don`t be swayed by Clappers argumentative posting style.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0

That`s a criticism of you not the minimum wage!
so was your commentWhat price the Tories NLW if we`re in the midst of another much predicted global recession BTW.
just your way of saying that the Tories are wonderful and doing the very best for the people of the UK when facing a world recession clearly not of their making?0 -

Clearly not. Thats an extrapolation from my comments only an idiot would make.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0
