I had an idea of how to take advantage of both offers. I could use both the 123 sim and the post office one and transfer the number of one of them over so they are both the same couldn't I?
So then I can use 2p texts for 123 and if I wanna buy a bundle I can pay 5er for 3k texts from post office rather than a 10er from 123 for unlimited, and just swap out sims as needed.0 -
No, you can only have the number on one SIM, you won't be able to mix and match like that.0

It would help when posting if you gave the sim its right name in first place.;)
But no you cant use the same number on two networks at same time..
EG: Delight and Post Office.
Tesco Payg do a bolt on 5000 texts for £5 if thats any help.

Which you can add to their cheapest payg Lite Tariff. http://www.tescomobile.com/help-and-support/1818-call-charges/1819-pay-as-you-go/pay-as-you-go-lite-call-charges0 -

You did not mention the 500mins, which is not available with 123 rates on Delight when you buy the £10 500/unlimited TEXT bundle.
I obviously thought you were mistaken about a Three add on from the info given and corrected you.
Given what usage you want, a Three payg sim fits the bill, if you have a iphone/android download the wifi calling app Three in Touch if indoor coverage is stopping you considering Three. http://www.three.co.uk/discover/three_intouchSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... Well ideally Im looking for cheap per text rates with the option of bundle/bolt on for boosters when required. So far Ive only found one or the other. the delight one is cheap but the 5 quid bundle gives only a stingy 300 texts which is nothing; you have to pay double for unlimited. It's a shame the delight one is really let down by that poor 5 quid bundle. Post office good bundle for fiver but 10 p per text. Tecos seems to be in between from what you say, and I just checked and it's 4p per text.
Though tesco is better than giffgaff which really ramped up their prices in the last year or two ago. Why did they do that? Were they feeling the pinch from government cuts
? They certainly aren't competitive any more I just was too lazy to bother looking for better deals til now. I originally switched to them from tescos, so maybe I'll dive back to tescos
So undecided what is gonna be best. Thanks

I think Im still going to buy another phone because I jsut don't trust this one now. I'm always worrying if texts worked or not since I had two girls disintegrate from talking to me again tonight and another one earlier in the week. Now it is most likely that they think I am a grotesque as usual however I will always be wondering if my phone is to blame.
At least if I get a new phone I will once again be able to continue my unremitting self loathing for being wholly inadequate to the oh so perfect sex.0 -

I was watching a Scarlett Johansson film the other night where a similar thing happened (turns out she was an alien but hey)0
