Children at weddings...

I'm only having my sisters children at my wedding and even then I don't think they'll be at the evening for long.
I'm paying for it and simply can't afford the expense of having all the little ones - plus I want the adults to relax without having to worry about bashing into little Sam who is taking up the space on the dance floor by sliding on his knees.Dooyoo £10.40/40, TopCashBack £17.19/30, Valued Opinions 50p/£10, Swagbucks 0/£20, Ebay £15/£250 -

Children at weddings seems to be such a touchy subject. We wanted to keep children to a minimal so said family children only, which included cousins children ( who I never see FYI) It'll end up being around 12 children which is fine. If all our guests brought their children it would have been about 40, which I would consider a nightmare!
Our wedding is being funded between ourselves, and both sets of parents so don't have that added complication.
It's a difficult subject for you, you don't want his family to make your decisions, but if it brings a bit of peace it might be worth the compromise.0
