On the back it says the water filter and expected delivery week commencing 08/06/05

I called them at the weekend, I said that my friend had ordered the jug but got a letter saying it had been cancelled. I couldnt log onto my account so I wondered if they could tell me. She said "Yes, it has been cancelled, you will get a letter" so I cancelled my account. Still no letter....

This morning, postman delivered three letters from Grattan.

1st, saying that the Water filter jugs have been delayed as they are expecting further stocks.

2nd saying that they expected delivery aroung 8th June

and the 3rd letter saying that they would not be getting further stock!
