Be careful with this site as it could be another Empire Stores scam to get you to sign up to an account. When the item is added to the basket and you go to checkout, you are asked to enter your personal details (although not credit details) and when you proceed you are then informed by the site that the item is not available.

I ordered the sonic toothbrush with the smoothie maker last time and after much discussion and faxing of order confirmation print outs they did honour the price, so it is worth being a pain and persuing their mis-price items.0

Progress of my order for the Atlantis Water Filter from Grattan - CANCELLED

I ordered one on Thursday (I think) and on Firday I had a catalogue arrive and inside there was an order slip saying my jug would be delivered by the 8th June... There was no price in the price column though?!?!
We'll have to see what happens...If at first you don't succeed... CHEAT...0 -

I still havnt received an email confirmation.... but on Saturday morning a catalogue was delivered by courier, and inside was a note saying that the Brita jugs would follow by June 8th ???0

Ditto, my catalogue just arrived (great, another bloody catalogue!) and according to the delivery slip the water filter is on its way.
But log into my account on the website and it says it is cancelled 0
